The Lake

The best part about these apartments besides the location is the manager Shae. She’s very on top of everything and super nice. She definitely goes above and beyond. I liked living here it was quiet and right next to Tubbs and downtown. To skip all the traffic downtown summer you can just take the next exit and the apartment is right before the hustle and bustle . 10/10 location.

We love the friendly staff and central location. Literally everything is within a short walk or bike ride away. Highly recommended for people who want to be right by the parks and lake.

The buildings are pretty, and we love our unit !! Shae and Anthony are amazing !! Love how pet friendly they are here too. Highly recommend !!

We just moved into the lake apartments recently and the process was so smooth and we love living here! The apartments are well maintained with nice, clean, new appliances. The location is absolutely the best part about it! The property manager, Shae, is amazing and so helpful. She really listens to you and makes every process so smooth and has very great communication! I haven’t had any issues since moving in and I highly recommend the lake apartments to anyone who wants a beautiful apartment in a perfect location!

I really enjoy living at The Lake Apartments in Coeur d'Alene. It's right downtown CDA but it's still nice and quiet. The management and maintenance are great and every time I have a problem they're quick to resolve it. I love that I barely drive because I can walk everywhere. Even though you don't get a backyard, you get McEuen Park which is even better.
