I will leave 5* - BUT! 1. Price is too high for what you get! Apartments/appliances are not “modern” or “new”. Keep in mind! 2. Not clean when we moved in! A lot of things weren’t done when we moved in, a lot of missed things (such as heating vents not cleaned and they caught on fire)! Thank you maintenance for taking care of it in such short notice! 3. Apartment wasn’t ready for move in! When we arrived they weren’t done so we had to wait + not clean, + no doors for washer/dryer, + dirty oven and stove tops, etc.. 4. We were 70% thinking about moving out, and then we noticed mold creating in master bedroom and bathroom! I filled maintenance request (since I had a baby) so I wanted that taken care of. I would rate zero if I can, absolutely. After reading a lot of 5 star reviews about this apartment, I decided to share my experience of living here for two years. When I moved in, many things in the room were broken and not repaired at I moved out, and there was a lot of paint and stains on the floor on the balcony. Most companies such as UPS, Fedex, Amazon, they will not deliver package to front door, instead they will simply leave everyone's package on the floor in a room next to the leasing office. I need to keep an eye on the status of package and pick it up in time. For this reason I had to rent a UPS mailbox to receive important and valuable packages to prevent them lost. This complex has been a blessing, very safe community, Akasha was helpful with the move in process. The maintenance crew is always responsive and respectful! I have been here for almost one year and despite the common issues you might face living anywhere I am happy and grateful.

Honestly, the Knolls is run by the best landlord team that I've ever interacted with as a tenant. Kind, caring, and professional! The property is also very well maintained and lovely to walk around.
