Madison Sammamish Apartments

I've lived in this complex for 10 years now and have seen all the ups and downs of this place. It has changed SO much in the past few years and for the better. The ladies in the office are friendly, patient and understanding. Eva and Lauren are always a delight to talk to and ever since Kathryn became the manager this place has gone from overpriced dump in a great location to a desirable place to live in a great location. Francisco and Carlos are our maintenance team and it has been so nice having people that actually know what they're doing. For example, an old maintenance technician from the properties past told me that I flushed my toilet too much and that's why a pipe burst in the unit below me. Like, what? The on-site leasing consultant was very helpful and provided all the information about the property. Emails and web site pages. The Madison is a wonderful property and ideally located in Sammamish. Apartments and the public areas are well kept. Also a month into living there I found the maintenance service to be excellent and very helpful. Appreciate Carlos and the leasing office to making sure all's well

Worse ever. I live here over 5 years. My washing machine used over 10 years. I checked the this washing machine. Recently some small pieces comes from washing machines. I told office to change they won’t and keeping to prepare. Nothing help. Still comes out. It’s been a year. Feel so stressful and frustrated.not responding for their renter. Worse ever. Any one can tell where to find help.

I've been a resident for a few years and recently moved into another apartment in the same location; I wanted to thank the leasing consultants and especially the maintenance person, particulary Carlos. I had multiple requests, some of which were quite urgent, regarding water leaking and other concerns. Carlos went above and above to accomodate my schedule and address the issues as soon as possible, and he was able to repair the issue each time. Thanks to Carlos and the entire maintenance crew; thank you for all your efforts, and keep up the good job.
