Shady operation.. stay away Theyre building and developing condo complexes supposedly affordable or revitilizing areas.. For example Willow wood condos in Coram.. Even if you are a good candidate And seem well qualified You go through the process and you find out you're not! Make you use only one lender Citibank for mortgage at a high rate something fishy going on..
stay away! The old man with the with hair is very rude. Shady as well.
Out of control above the law .a whole community complex is complaining about basic rights and no way of getting to solutions.
