They don’t answer any emails or call back. There’re a ton of employees in there and each department has their own person but no one bothers to help

Worst people to rent from on the planet. They are criminals and give new meaning to the word slum lord. As I was told the owner doesn't feel like calling you back because he doesn't want to deal with it. Imagine that?? That's what I pay you for. They don't do their cam work, they don't do repairs and then send you bills for things they didn't even fix. My best advice is rent from someone else cause these guys are crooks. Worst mistake I ever made renting from them, don't make the same mistake. I hope you read this and decide to go somewhere else otherwise good luck lol you're gonna need it.

I live close to 2 strips of stores they own in Bellmore. Awful. They don’t upkeep the buildings. They don’t remove or paint over graffiti. They don’t hire a trash service, but they have their tenants pile all their trash for the same day as the residential neighbors. Some of their tenants place it one or two nights early. It’s an eye sore. Nothing is done to beautify these buildings.
