The Kinloch Apartments

We've been residents for two years, and both management and maintenance have been exceptional. Starting with special accommodations needed in order to move in, to every maintenance service request, its been perfect. Highly recommended!

We toured Kinloch this weekend and in both scheduling and during the tour, Syndey was organized and had the answers to all our questions. She clearly cares about the community and made it easy for us to be very interested in moving here. Would recommend her and the buildings seem very clean and comfortable.

I had the most wonderful tour at the Kinloch today . Justin gave a phenomenal and informative tour ! I had been touring many apartments around the area and just stumbled upon kinloch while I was driving . I called the office and came right in for a tour . This place is exceptional. It’s clean, extreamly modern and the floor lay out was stunning . I didn’t feel any pressure or obligation to immediately choose these apartments from Justin. He was transparent , friendly and made apartment hunting which is very stressful , relaxed and easy. His top notch service and the ambiance of the complex are going to make me sign this lease. I felt so comfortable and at home already. If anyone is looking for a place to move to , please consider Kinloch, and visit Justin -you will not be disappointed.

The apartments are beautiful including the entire complex, awesome club house, well-equipped gym, barbecue area with pit, and elegant pool area. The lawns and landscapes are always maintained beautifully. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. Excellent location with very good school district. Reasonable rent compared to market rate. Highly recommended to others.

The Kinloch was by far the best apartment complex out of all the ones I looked at. I just recently moved in but Justin made the ENTIRE process seamless! Justin answered my call and fit me in for a last minute tour. While going through the tour he was extremely friendly and answered all my questions! By far the most friendly property manager I have ever come across! It doesn’t stop there though! Justin knew and said hello to people as they were walking by and knew them by name (he knew their dogs name too)! I cannot recommend the Kinloch enough! It felt like home before I had even moved in!
