I simply called this office to ask advice about our lenders process that we were working with, if the timeline was accurate, if he was working with us correctly etc, (because we were first time home buyers), and he went and called our lender and told him! I had to have an awkward conversation with our current lender, thinking we were upset with his services. So unprofessional. Edit - I did speak with Tony because this is the office I called, after he stated he is the only one who works there. I called back in the summer so maybe his memory is alluding him.
