The Kensington House

Terrible parking. I am sleeping in my car. Pulled up at 10:30pm. There were no parking spaces available and if I make up a parking space, I will get towed again ($170, not including uber cost to towing yard). There is no street parking available. They recently passed out parking tags but not sure if this will work if there isn't a limit per apartment. It is now 4:00am and still no parking spaces available. I am literally waiting until people leave for work. Yes I have been in my car since I pulled up at 10:30pm. I am exhausted, and I still have to drop my child to school for 7:30am and work at 8am.

Horrible management and maintenance. Elevators work on and off, entry systems inoperable (tenants have to come down and open the door for their guests) and no consideration and feedback for maintenance and repairs from management for their units. The "no smoking" is not reinforced properly and some tenants smoke in their balconies and others have to put up with smoke getting into their space.. Parking is a mess. All because management is lacking horribly

The manager is never available. Also, my car was towed for parking in a place with an open spot.

I've been sitting in the parking lot for over 1hr with a newborn baby with me waiting for a parking spot, I wish I have my own parking spot they have so many working trucks in here that's why there's no parking terrible

The place is not so bad, is getting better and I like all the parks are around of the building for kids.
