My community just recently changed property management companies and i didn't think it could get worse but it did! I've called numerous times, once leaving a voicemail with my name/ number. Haven't received any correspondence what so ever. Even when I have called and I transferred to someone who directly deals with my community. I get sent to voicemail, I'm clearly in the wrong business... empty suits all over this place.. Update 07/25/25 5:30pm. I'm sure you can't verify if I'm a home owner. Google maps reviews isn't the way you should confirm home owners... food for thought. You do that by returning calls where people like myself provide name, address, etc. By getting such a quick response online but getting ignored via phone shows all yall care about is the perception and don't actuall

These people constantly loosing anything you send them. Somehow they don't remember/can't find signed legal documents you've emailed/ personally handed them so you better make double and triple copies because they will try every underhanded trick in the book to extract money from you.

I am the owner of Bayberry Drive. I am writing to express my sincere thank summit management, specially for Miss Rosa Gonzales her quick response to my inquiry and her help on Sunday when I reported a water leak in my property. We really appreciate her for taking the time especially on the weekend to help take care of the situation.

I've spent 21 years living happily at the Tiers at Wheaton Condominiums in Silver Spring, Maryland. The years under management by Summit have been the best. During that time, major improvements were made to the property including stair and railing repair, roofing and chimney updates and cosmetic enhancements. Routine maintenance such as trash pickup, lawn care, snow removal and exterior lighting are all efficiently handled. Most important, when I have had a question, concern or emergency, the response from Summit has always been prompt and polite. Mark Olinger, the Property Manager and Haura Marafie, Administrative Assistant, are readily available by phone and come to the property to offer information and support. It's important, as a resident, to know that the property is cared for.

Summit Management provides great service. They have always been responsive and provided great support to our community. Over the past few years we have had the pleasure of working with Lori Randall, she not only has the skills to be a great community manager but also the in depth knowledge of our community.
