It's a great pleasure working with Jason Kennedy and his team on the sale of our house. To start, Jason and his team did an excellent job on presenting our house. His knowledge of local real estate market in the Portland area was very handy when coming to pricing our house adequately for listing. He was also very helpful from suggesting doing the staging ourselves to explaining in details real estate terms that were not familiar to us during the entire course of a real estate transaction from listing to closing. He also provided valuable advice on assessing offers received from buyers and on counter offering.
