I lived here back in 2023 when they first opened up and I had an amazing experience. The application and leasing process was smooth and Anna was wonderful. I toured a top floor apartment a few times and knew it would be home. The apartments are built with quality. Sturdy paint and fixtures, high ceilings, and beautiful interior design. In addition to this, the amenities are wonderful. I Love that I could give my Penelope (yorkiepoo) a shower at the pet spa, or take her for a walk to the dog park. The gym is lovely. It has the basic equipment needed for a great workout and the lobby area is relaxing for remote work. The pool is always a vibe too! I had a wonderful experience touring the apartment community with Haniyyah. She was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire tour. Haniyyah took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the amenities and floor plans clearly, and made the experience feel relaxed and welcoming. I never felt rushed, and her positive attitude truly stood out. She made a great first impression and represented the community exceptionally well. I toured the apartments about 2 months ago and honestly the experience surprised me in the best way. The community feels clean, modern, and really well kept, and you can tell they put effort into maintaining the place. Shoutout to my leasing agent Haniyyah. She was super friendly, patient with all my questions, and really knew her stuff. Since moving in, I haven’t had any issues with my internet at all, and the staff has been nothing but friendly and always willing to help. The whole team is convenient to work with, both in the office and in maintenance, and they make everything super easy. if you’re considering the area, the Kendry is definitely worth checking out!

The customer service in the leasing office is terrible. I scheduled a tour online, twice. The appointments were confirmed by text and a person called 1 hour prior to my arrival. I arrive 5 minutes early. First time, no one was at the office. I waited and called. No response. The 2nd tour, I arrived and was told I would not be touring the space in person, the apartment was not in condition to be toured, but I can watch videos. My issue is, Im not from the city, Im relocating. I should have been contacted prior to my commute and advised tours were cancelled and given a virtual option. The young lady in the office said the text and phone callls were made by their AI assistant and should not have confirmed. This agency needs to work on their communication practices.

I struggled between 1 star or 2 star. Why? The location and some amenities were nice but That BASIC top freezer bottom refrigerator at $1400/month is beyond me. The single Bathroom sink when two (2) adults can or will be in the unit is a gobsmack. It's a first floor unit but we took the elevator to it and everything is super gated. Well, I learned it's the elevation. Had I known it was a ground floor; I would have never toured. Alas, maybe tone was set with our late arrival the office reception was dry in her delivery and tone as she wouldn't see husband/wife combo without both IDs. Ummm, okay. Let me just go get my bag. I'm all for safety but I'm not eager to give any company let alone property management place my info to track and do whatever or possibly resale. It's annoying that fo
