The Katy Victory Park

Going on my second year living here. The management team and concierge are fantastic. Things can break like in any building (though not often) but they do a great job at keeping residents updated and are always responsive. Building is well kept the location is 10/10, and the member of the leasing team that organizes the resident events deserves the biggest shoutout. The events are always super fun and pretty regular compared to most buildings. I do hope the construction finishes soon.

I mean Uptown Dallas has tons of offerings, I searched far and wide. In person and on line. The Katy in Victory Park consistently rated top on my board in search criteria. But after a while it came down to this: How do I want to feel about where I live. After all, your surroundings have a huge impact on things like, inspiration, perspective, outlook and happiness. Imagine that. After spending a year on the 22nd floor, I found the community to be alive, vibrant, active, inclusive, friendly and welcoming. A great place to call home. Love living here. Nothing you won't like about this place. Mgmt to concierge to residents.. top notch. Looking for luxury apt at its finest? Look no further! Ask for Krista she's pretty awesome! Update after 3 months of living here. Top floor Pent House Level yet I have a family with kids and dogs. And I get harassed about my dogs barking during the day not quiet hours. The property claims they are pet friendly but they are NOT. Get a simplest bark and you will get a complaint. Yet while there is a chef who lives on the floor and operates a whole business out of his place by renting it out to reserve space and chef so random strangers for these events will be roaming down the hallways where our little kids should feel safe. I moved in to Katy a month ago and I have been loving it! The amenities are cleaned every day. The staff Is super friendly. Vanessa is amazing, she is very prompt, kind and very helpful. The location is just perfect, is right across from the entrance to the beautiful Katy trail. And the best part is the incredible view from the apartment!

I have to take a moment to give major credit to Jackie Curry at The Katy — she is truly phenomenal! From the second I walked in, Jackie was warm, welcoming, and incredibly patient. She took the time to walk me through everything, answered every question with a smile, and made me feel right at home. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine personality made the entire experience stand out. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and really wants people to find their perfect place. Honestly, if I decide to live in this area, it’ll be because of Jackie and how amazing she made the tour and overall experience. She’s the definition of top-tier customer service — give her a raise or a promotion immediately! 🙌
