I lived at The Joule for 15 months and truly wish I didn’t have to leave. The apartment manager went above and beyond to work with my schedule and made the application and move in process smooth and stress free. Maintenance was excellent. I only submitted one request during my entire stay and it was completed the same day. I never had issues with neighbors, noise, parking, or mail, and packages were always delivered without problems. The staff does an outstanding job maintaining the community. The grounds were always clean, landscaping was well kept, and during heavy snow the roads and sidewalks were treated. I even saw staff members out shoveling snow themselves for residents. Parking was never an issue and the location is ideal, close to everything you need while still being quiet and

Best choice we have made here in Elizabethtown ky was moving here . The apartments are beautiful, clean and spacious. It is quiet and pet friendly and that is a plus . Management is AWESOME !! They are so kind and very helpful in guiding my boyfriend and I through the entire process of moving in . Truly grateful to call this place home !!

While I've only lived at the Joule at the short time, I'm so thrilled with the choice I made to live here. The customer service of the leasing staff as well the appearance of the community made it stand out. I have met kind neighbors and also appreciate the size of my unit as well as the quiet community. It's a win-win.

Living at The Joule has truly been a wonderful experience. The pet-friendly atmosphere and on-site dog park have been perfect for our two furry friends, they’re obsessed! We also really appreciate the sleek and modern design of the inside areas. It’s obvious that the management team really cares about maintaining the property. I’d absolutely recommend this place, especially to fellow pet owners! 🐾

We've lived at Joule Apartments for over a year now, and it’s been one of the best rental apartments we have lived at. The units are well-built, quiet, and thoughtfully laid out (shout out to not having a galley style kitchen). Maintenance has been very responsive with the little things we have had to reach out about, like our dishwasher not working. Turns out it got unplugged when i moved it to grab a toy my son managed to stuff back there somehow. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a hassle-free, well-managed place to live and the pricing was very comparable to other places we were looking at.
