James Shelton was our Realtor in 2018 and helped with buying and selling a home. James and the Jon Murray group have been fantastic to work with and made the process a lot less stressful. Selling our house, we had 5 offers all above asking price within 12 hours of going live with the listing. The video tour James did made me want to buy the house again, very detailed and well done. They helped in buying our home as well as there were multiple offers given and with the advise we got from James we got the house. One of Jon Murray’s people just sold a home to us, his realtor Todd Grandin failed to complete all the home inspection findings. Todd and Jon used “breach of contract” against us because we refused to close until all recommendations were complete. Our house is still not completed and cost of repairs will be coming out of our pocket. Not good Realtor company to deal with when buying from. Do not recommend

The Murray group is top notch when it comes to realtors that know the business and make magic happen! As a title agent i love know they are on a contract because i know closing is going to be a breeze!

Wouldn't list a home with this agent or company. Agent doesn't return calls, or texts on a listing that's less than 8 hours on the market, then the homeowner takes the an offer in less than 24 hours? Agent never did return calls or texts. What kind of an agent would do that when there are others lining up to see it? Seems fishy considering the way the market is now with bids being $20-50k over asking. In this market a first offer is NEVER the highest offer so not returning calls and texts is not professional to say the least and as such I won't even look at his listings or his agency's in the future!
