The Alpine Apartments

Toured the Alpine last week . The floor plan was really big and the updates in the apartment looked great. The leasing agent was very nice and took her time to go over everything. All though it was not exactly what I was looking for, it was still a really nice runner up.

EDIT: Almost a week later and nothing is fixed! Had to call 74 times to talk to anyone! Still at uninhabitable temps according to housing code!! Moved in Friday to a virtually uninhabitable unit. Air conditioner/heating is broken, dishwasher doesn’t turn on, half the outlets don’t work, toilet is leaking, closet doors off the rails, and the screen that’s supposed to be in the window was sitting in the dining room. Being charged for a garage that we were promised and never given access to. The hallway reeks of smoke. The apartment LOOKS nice but this is a nightmare with no one in the office or evidently in maintenance on the weekends to remedy any of this. With how communication has been so far, I’m guessing that Monday I’ll have to blow up the office phone to even get someone to answer…

The location is perfect for what I’ve been looking for — convenient, well-kept, and close to everything I need. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable for the space and features offered. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend checking it out if you’re in the market for a new place.

Just finished touring the Alpine Apartments and I was genuinely impressed! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the atmosphere was bright and welcoming. The apartment I saw was spacious with a fantastic, modern layout, and I loved the thoughtful touches like the great closet space. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the amenities—especially the pool area—look top-notch. But what really made the experience shine was the management team. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and answered every single one of my questions with patience and detail. They clearly take pride in the community. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-managed place to live, Alpine Apartments should absolutely be on your list. Highly recommend stopping by for a look! 5/5 Stars

BEWARE!!! I toured prior to signing my lease, and there were a few small issues, but management assured me they would be fixed. Key pickup time was moved last minute, when I had all my things ready to go. When I entered the hallway for my unit, it was like a different universe. It smelled sour, like something had died. Wet spots and mold on the walls. I entered my unit, and there were ROACHES at the door to greet me. I immediately called management, who said they’d “put in a service request”. FOUR DAYS LATER and nothing. Thank god they haven’t charged my account. There were roaches everywhere inside the unit, rotting trash in the halls, mold behind and under the sink, stains in the bathroom, red/damn spots on the carpet, and a lingering stench.
