I personally believe the Jax Apartments have some of the worst, most unhelpful, and irritating people working in their office. I think a good preview for how our lease would be spent was the fact that we were missing a full drawer in our kitchen and when we called to mention it after first moving in, they said, "A missing drawer? That's strange." and it was never addressed again except for the maintenance men coming in, acknowledging it, but nothing ever came from it. And then of course we had a leak in our laundry room ceiling, so they used our tea pitcher to catch the leaking water and left it like that, despite a hole in the ceiling. Aside from the maintenance, who were at least decent and enjoyable to talk to, the office staff genuinely felt as helpful as a random person off the stree
I had a great experience touring the Jax Apartments. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. They took the time to walk me through the property, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire tour. The apartments and common areas were clean, modern, and well-maintained, and you can tell they really care about the community. The staff genuinely went above and beyond to help, which made a big difference and left a great impression. Overall, the tour was smooth, informative, and positive, and Jax Apartments seems like a great place to live.
I've been a resident of The Jax for about 15 months and just renewed and transferred to a 3x2 from a 2x1. I'm truly loving my new space, it's like a mother in law suite. I literally have my side of the apartment; my queen bed, beside drawers, my 55" tv on a rolling tv stand, my work from home desk set up with 3 monitors and I still have ample space, and the master bathroom with the huge walk in closet and garden tub are exceptional! I appreciate that this new staff do everything via email leaving a paper trail for both them and us. If they can't get an issue resolved they follow up with us in a timely fashion. They recognize that our time is valuable as there's is a well and they do everything possible to minimize the wait time for any issue. Nico from maintenance is very knowledgeabl
With the new management and renovation to the whole community in such little time shows how dedicated management is to us. Anytime we submit a maintenance request they respond within the hour and we have a knock at the door the same day to attend to the request. The maintenance people are extremely professional and go above and beyond to take care of the community. The manager Marisela is amazing and communicates at the up most professional level. I live in a 2x2 apartment with a backyard, and overall I really enjoy my home. The apartment itself has plenty of space, and the backyard is a great bonus. I also haven’t had any issues with my neighbors, which has made the experience even better. The only downside I’ve encountered is the amount of time it takes for maintenance requests to be completed. For example, when I requested that the outdoor lights be replaced, the issue was handled within a few days. However, I’ve been waiting over three weeks for a drawer and some fence wood to be replaced. Luckily, these aren’t urgent issues, so the delay hasn’t been too stressful. The office did let me know that maintenance is short-staffed, which explains the wait, but it’s still something to be aware of. Overall, I love my apartment, but quic
