The Jasper

Do not move here, my appliances kept breaking. Maintenance just basically check and mark work order complete. Neighbors are nasty and messy. Leasing office do not answer phone and do not return emails. Rent went up and I wasn’t notified. Water bill is $100 plus a month. They give you incentives for reviews.

Don’t walk away from this place, RUN, in the time I’ve lived here management has changed multiple times and is currently owned and operated by highlands vista group out of Denver Colorado. And they absolutely do not care about their acquisitions it seems, from the trash everywhere and the lack of enforcement of rules surrounding facilities such as the pool that isn’t open or the gate that isn’t or hasn’t been working for going on a year now. It’s an absolute free for all at this complex and you can’t expect management to do anything worthwhile because between not answering the phones or being away from the office during business hours the management team is borderline impossible to work with as of late. Not to mention the added fees and lack of accountability on the part of the management

I have had nothing but great experiences with this property and the management company. The staff is very responsive, respectful, and kind. The maintenance team responds extremely fast (they have always come within one day for me) and they are friendly and professional. I am very happy with the apartment, and the facilities (dog park, pool, gym). Under new management they have installed an all-inclusive app-based system that allows you to enter the property and access all areas including a package storage area through your phone - it's incredibly convenient. Another plus of this property is all of the green space; there is a lot of grassy areas around each building and lots of spaces to walk my dogs as well as a lot of trees which make the complex a nice, pretty place to live.

***update: while we enjoyed living here moving out was a complete nightmare. There have been a string of unreturned calls and emails. They owe us for the refer a friend program still and the will not tell us how to pay the remaining balance for the half month we were there. All payments are done through an electronic system that we were unable to access after move out date. We truly enjoy the community at Jasper. The new management has done an incredible job at not only reviving the place but now with continued upkeep. They keep the grass neat and trimmed, spray consistently to keep pests away, keep the property clean and enforce their policies to help keep a nice environment for everyone. I love that i made the decision to move to the Jasper. I had an amazing experience from the beginning with property manager, leasing agent. They made the transition super easy and seamless. The maintenance is super fast at responding to any maintenance requests that i had. The property is nicely kept and cleaned. Recently, the maintenance installed the corridor signs. I love it. I would recommend moving here hands down! This is an honest review and I swear that I have not paid for review.
