I bought a house on February 28 2023 and closed on the same day. My Realtor Kim Difiore Pasko - Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate - Natick ; Selling Realtor agent Ashley Motter - Real Estate Professional, Seller Angle Garcia (Flipper) I was advised to use the VA inspectors instead of a tradtional home inspection. This is my first time buying a house, I used a VA loan. There are many issues with the house that was not disclosed. I will leave photos to show the end result. I paid 328,000 for this house with a slew of issues that were not disclosed. 2024 January 15 UPDATE Messaged Ashley about the house with no avail.
