I’d like to share a review about the Amazing Maintenance Experience at The Jameson. The maintenance experience is Simply The Best from the time I submit a request up to the completion of it. It is a total professional experience, starting with the acknowledgement of my submission, to the prompt phone call then entry. The guys are very respectful of my home and getting the job done right efficiently. I’d like to stress a Big “Thank You” and “ Kudos” to Hunter today. He was able to get the locks on my bedroom windows fixed today! I’ve been waiting for the window installment team to come and repair them for a while, and he came in today to have at it, and Sure Enough this young man’s experience in maintenance got the Job done!!!! I recently toured the Jameson apartment complex and absolutely loved the experience! Emily was an amazing guide that answered all my questions and was so knowledgeable about the property and area. The home like feel of the complex and Emily's welcoming and friendly presence really made this a great experience, and got me excited to call the Jameson my new home!

The location is perfect—close to everything but still tucked away and peaceful. The price for what you get is honestly hard to beat. Move-in was super easy, and the staff has been welcoming, organized, and quick to help with any questions. My apartment is clean, modern, and really feels like home already. If you’re looking for a great place to live in Madisonville, The Jameson is definitely worth it!

I lived in this apartment complex for three years. The location is convenient and from the outside the complex looks nice. Pool is nice in the summer. unfortunately these apartments are just built to a very low quality standard. In my apartment I had: -ants (twice) -dishwasher broken twice (and had replaced the second time) -washing machine broken (maintenance left the partially disassembled washer in the middle of my closet blocking everything while they waited for parts for several days) -the built in shelves in my closet literally fell off the wall and covered my clothes in plaster -door handles and deadbolts not fully screwed into doors -people leaving dog poop around the complex indiscriminately -at one point they installed new LED landscape lights that were so bright through the ni

I recently toured at the Jameson as I am coming to Cincinnati for Law School. Elizabeth was the kindest and sweetest person ever and while I was already interested in the place before coming, her welcoming nature really sold it for me! I brought my mom with me and she was willing to answer any questions she had as well, which made her feel a lot better and she really appreciated! The property and apartments are absolutely beautiful with special little touches everywhere that really make it above the rest, mine favorites were the accent wall in the bedroom and the glass shower doors! The amenities they offer are also really great for the price! I already submitted my application, have my fingers crossed and am looking forward to hearing back!
