The Jade at Frisco

I went in as a ball of nerves and was immediately welcomed. It’s warm and inviting. I’m so grateful for the staff, they put a smile on my face as well as the face of my children. We loved seeing Mr. And Mrs. Clause. Very beautiful landscape and decore. The staff is very friendly and you can tell they care about their profession. Please check this out whenever you get a chance.

I first want to preface this by saying that this apartment complex was pretty new when I first moved in and I loved it! However, after a little over 2 years of living here I NOW feel like I’m living in a nightmare! I have never lived somewhere where all day every day there are dogs barking. Unfortunately for me, I do work from home (and no I do not expect complete silence all day living in an apartment complex but come on), and there is constantly dogs barking DAY AND NIGHT (yes even during quiet hours). I have reported 3 different dog barking situations to the leasing office over the last year, and only one of them has been rectified & it’s because they moved out and not because of their dog or my reports. Jade has a a courtesy officer which has been great! I’ve been living here for almost 4 years and have never had to (until recently) utilize them and they were on top of it (Marques sp?) is so professional and polite. Juan from maintenance is so so quick to respond to my requests and actually takes the time to explain the issue rather than just fix it and leave! Thank for all for making my experience great.

had a great experience living in this apartment. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The environment is peaceful and safe, making it a comfortable place to live. The management is responsive and helpful, and any issues are resolved quickly. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops and public transportation. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay and I would definitely recommend it.

I had a confirmed tour appointment but arrived to a locked door. A resident let us inside, yet no staff showed up even after 30 minutes. Despite multiple reminder messages beforehand, no one answered our calls. Extremely disappointing and a poor reflection of basic professionalism. Taking out time from our weekend shouldn't result in a locked door and no responses. Would give 0 stars if possible
