The Irby

I needed to move to Atlanta within a 2 week notice and was looking for something close to the “perfect home.” I stumbled across The Irby and had booked an tour of the Irby. I immediately found myself impressed with the leasing consultant Stephanie, who greeted me with much enthusiasm and provided an exceptional tour. She made the stressful relocation process superbly easy and I was successfully moved in with no problems. Amanda is great as well, always tentative and responsive when I need her, and brings great energy and a great smile. Overall, I have been here just shy of 3 weeks and I am impressed at the upkeep of the facilities by maintenance and the management team.

My tour with Amanda was amazing! She says that she's only been a leasing agent for a short time, but I think she did a fantastic job. All the details needed were provided, and she is highly professional. She has a warm presence. I am looking forward to moving on through the application process.

I went to The Irby with a client of mine who had just relocated from out of the country. My client was a little late arriving and Stephanie was so hospitable and pleasant she made me feel like I wanted to move to The Irby. Although my client arrived a 1/2 hr late, Stephanie still toured us throughout the entire beautifully, well maintained property. I really enjoyed the aesthetics of the interior, a very nice design with decorations that says they care about people. The units were very nice. I loved the cabinetry in the kitchen, spaciousness of the unit and the wood floors. My client decided to lease with them and it was seamless for her. We moved to The Irby in November 2025 and it has been a wonderful experience ever since. The building itself is beautiful and offers great amenities, including a gym and even a sauna. What truly made the difference for us though was the support from Stephanie. From the very first tour, she patiently answered all of our questions (and we had many!) and was always friendly, professional, and helpful. She played a big role in our decision to choose The Irby. Even after moving in, it’s always a pleasure to see her—especially when grabbing a complimentary coffee downstairs. We couldn’t be happier with our choice.

I moved to The Irby this past September, and my experience has been fantastic, especially thanks to Stephanie in the front office. When I toured the property back in July, I was impressed by her warmth and kindness, but I didn’t realize just how amazing she was until I moved in. She remembers everyone’s name and greets them with a smile, no matter what she’s going through—such a rare quality in a leasing office and honestly in a lot of people ! I also spoke to a former client who had been living here for three years, and her experience sealed the deal for me when I was deciding. Beyond the beautiful property which is really unique, I’ve connected with some wonderful ladies who have lived here for a few years and love it!
