Andres and Daniel came through promptly and got me situated with a washer and dryer that was promised to me when I moved here in sept. Also fixed my dishwasher that I pulled out by accident! They was dope and very diligent .The new ownership is doing everything right! Thanks again Andre’s and Daniel. 😎🤟🏾
This is the worst apartment you could ever live in. The apartment is definitely a landlord special. They paint over bugs and hair pins in the cabinets. The bathtub gets repainted over left over hair in the tub. The only light you will have is in the bathroom. You will have to buy lamps and put them everywhere. You will tell front desk to have maintenance come in when you are home and they will not they will wait for the moment you leave to come in and fix whatever it was and when do they come they will track dog poop into your apartment. Management, front desk, Maintenance will just blame each other for every single problem. They will charge you for the most random fees when you move out. They will say one thing today and something else tomorrow. You will pay a move in fee which covers n
Overall the apartments weren’t terrible but definitely not what you pay for. When moving in the apartment was not in move in condition like promised and had to clean it before unpacking. The door was also hard to open and had to get maintenance to open it on move in day, just to find out that it was kicked-in in the past. The door frame was cracked all the way up and all that was done was a big plate for the door lock. It is still hard to unlock and get in the apartment and definitely not safe if someone was to try and break in. When trying to get ahold of the leasing office you just get sent to an AI person and then get hung up on. Although the front seat ladies are nice and usually helpful. If we want to get ahold of Invitational we have to call Augusta since they are ran by the same man
PLEASE DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! ITS A LONG READ BUT WORTH IT! If I could say anything it would be DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have put in maintenance request after maintenance request. The handymen are good don’t get me wrong it’s who they work for! Raul does the best he can and I appreciate him for all he does but it’s his boss! Janet is dismissive and has a huge attitude. She proceeds to tell me it is discoloration and not mold. They paint over mold and water damage and put bandaids over every issue unless you quite literally yell at her. It took months to get a new washer that didn’t leak! She is only in the office a couple of days a week so if something goes wrong in your apartment, good luck! No one else can or will help you! I moved into a damaged disgusting unit with no move in inspection at
I’m not kidding when I say this place sucks. The apartments themselves aren’t the worst, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. My real gripe lies with the leasing office due to their unbelievably unprofessional standards. To be clear, the two women working reception are amazing and very kind, but I want to fight management. Incident 1: I came back from work one day to find my door unlocked and a giant 2ft square hole in the wall of my bedroom right next to my bed with exposed insulation. I never received any notice this was going to happen and when I confronted the office, they blamed the company they contracted for listing down the wrong apartment to notify. If you hire a company for jobs like that, you are responsible for all damages that occur, that is the law, but
