I don’t usually write reviews, but here I am. I’m currently working with TaNiya to lease one of the Westside Future Fund properties. I currently live in Gwinnett, but I’m looking to move back to the Westside of Atlanta to be more involved in the community. One of the brand-new properties is ready for lease now, but my current lease doesn’t end until July. When I mentioned that to her, she immediately provided alternative options that better align with my move-in. I asked several specific questions, and she answered every one of them! If you’re considering working with her, she’s definitely your go-to but make sure you’ve done your part too. The worst company to lease from. They are unprofessional don’t answer calls, emails all they care about collecting a check!!!!!!Pay your rent don’t complain you can stay long as you like. My problems began when I challenged them about over charging for water bills. Prior to opening complex they had not set up Water-once they set up; later in lease they began charging us Estimated rate due to Water meters not set up proper. My water bill became exceedingly high and refused to pay because and all went down from there!!!!!!! Rent will increase each year. My apartment was brand new but built poorly. Location for Reserve at Bolton. The manager Diana with the scarred lip is highly unprofessional. She doesn’t know her job and makes excuses and tenants life hard because of this. The older lady in there follows her lead, though she is very nice, she is not knowledgeable either. Corporate can’t be reached so I’m leaving a review hoping that someone from Integral will respond.

This company is never doing what they are supposed to do and always doing the wrong things! Evictions, towing cars, poor upkeep of properties, and the list could go on! But you now have people selling HUD WAITING LIST SLOTS and HUD UNITS! This company literally never does the right thing and never follows the law! Let’s see how long it takes to try and clear this mess up!

My disabled son, James and his service dog has been paying rent since about 2017 with you all’s property in Park Place, Birmingham, Alabama. How is it that all fixed income individuals have $0 balances and receive a utility check or something like that - yet, he doesn’t. So many folks I understand- has been robbing you all in that office reasons why it has been so many turnovers. For approximately 2* years, $75 extra was being taken out of my Regions bank account because no one would answer me back neither on emails, through messages left on voicemails, and / or, visits to the office that stays locked down - as though no one works there anymore during normal business hours.
