I urge anyone who is considering doing business with Mary Simms to strongly reconsider. I know she seems like a kind and honest person but that is only a facade. I have been a tenant in her building, The Insurance Building, now for maybe 6 years. In that time, one thing that she always repeated to me was that she would never force someone to stay in her building regardless of having signed a contract. So, when I was extremely hesitant to renew my last contract with her because my employees kept getting assaulted outside of her building, she told me clearly at that moment that she would never make me stay.
