The inspector, Jacob, was super fantastic! He caught lots of major issues with the house we were going to buy. He found structural damage, foundation damage, roof damage, previous termite damage, present silverfish infestation, problems with roof support rafters, dryer vent using PCV pipe and much more. Jacob was amazing! Very attentive and easy to get in touch with. Worked with the time constraints we had to get an inspection done in a timely manner. He was available to call and go over the inspection in detail. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in regards to the inspection. He put my mind at ease as a first time home buyer.
