The Inn at Westover Hills 55+ Senior Apartment Community

I just wanted to show appreciation for this place. My mother recently had to move from here for more living assistance but she really enjoyed staying at this independent community. She loved attending bingo and made good friends there. It was pretty good before but got even better very recently under the new manager and asst. manager. I noticed improvements before my mom left and I am sure that will continue. I will be recommending this community to others that might be looking for a senior community like this. The staff is friendly and on top of things! Thanks for providing a wonderful community for my mother to live at during the time she was there!

The office staff is always a pleasure to work with. Rodrigo is always kind and accommodating to my mother who has lived at this property since it opened 5 years ago. Keep up the good work, The Inn at Westover Hills staff. You’re doing an amazing job!

The process from application, lease signing, and move-in was awesome. I have now been here for almost two weeks and I am so pleased. Thanks to Asst Community Manager Rodrigo Perez for going far above and beyond to make the entire process go so smoothly. I find the apartment to be beautiful, spacious, and affordable. The entire staff very helpful and friendly.

I have lived here almost 3 1/2 years. The recent change of management has been a blessing to this place. It was already a nice place to live at; but, the new management has elevated this place to an upper level. They are on top of things and make sure all is working properly in this senior apartment complex with whatever issue that may arise. They make sure to provide residents a safe, beautiful and clean environment to live in. Kudos to the Property Manager, Courtney Becker, and Assistant Property Manager, Rodrigo Perez. Mr. Perez, in particular, has been a very kind, attentive man at the office who is always open to listening and responding to the resident's concerns and needs. Such a nice, young man at the office who always greets me when he sees me.

Great communication and positive energy from leasing office personnel. Thank you for all you do in resolving our concerns. My paperwork is quite complex and Rocio and Rodrigo are professional, never complain just want the compliance to be on board. Thanks for all you do
