Rent is way too expensive for the experience you get here. Maintenance will break into your unit while you are sleeping, showering, etc and disturb your privacy. You should call before entering someone's home if you are going to charge this much. When I moved in my door had no lock. Yes. My front door. When I asked if this could be fixed the tiny little angry "handyman" told me they weren't going to pay for new locks etc. I called the old manager, Ella who was really nice, and asked why couldn't they just take a door handle with locks off a unit not being used and maintenance begrudgingly complied. Landscaping is done way too early in the day so if you are working full time don't expect to sleep in on your precious off day. New office staff is totally rude, painful to deal with, and usele

My husband and I moved in to The Indigo in the beginning of January 2026 and we are enjoying being here. There staff are super friendly and work hard to make sure our stay here is comfortable. And with the location it makes it super convenient for all your shopping needs especially having close access to the highway without it being noisy. We definitely recommend!

I’ve lived at Indigo Canton for almost two years, and the property has recently gone through a management transition. Previous management was a nightmare to deal with and my experience closely matched previous reviews on here. Since the transition to new management (Pegasus), my experience has been completely different. Charae and Andrea have been responsive, professional, and seem focused on resolving issues from previous management. Their communication and help have made a meaningful difference, and it feels like the community is moving in a much better direction.

I had an amazing experience at The Indigo. Andrea was incredible, she helped me with the entire application and leasing process from start to finish finish. She made the process smoother. The entire team is great maintenance & property manager! Highly recommend!

While this complex is relatively new, it is not senior-friendly. My 85-year-old friend is currently 'stuck' in her second-floor apartment because the stairs are too much for her to navigate daily. To make matters worse, they have been working on her balcony for over a month, meaning she has lost her only access to fresh air and sunlight. It is heartbreaking to see how this complex has handled renovations for its elderly residents.​ If you have an elderly loved one, please be aware that the lack of elevators. They have not been able to facilitate a move to agron level unit which has mades it a difficult place for seniors to maintain their independence. I've given it two stars because they did give her a handicapped parking space.
