Andre is truly the best. He’s always on time, professional, and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and I really appreciate how smooth and stress-free every repair has been. Definitely a huge plus for living here!

Best building in all of ATL! I’ve lived at The Indie since the building first opened, which has given me a long-term perspective on the experience. I have also lived in 5 other buildings around the beltline in recent years (and have visited friends in many others) and can say without a doubt or any hesitation that this is the SAFEST, BEST-RUN, CLEANEST building, with the nicest amenities, in this price range (and exceeds many many many far more expensive properties). In addition, I guarantee you that you will not find a better on-site team in any other building in ATL. Elizabeth and Andre are responsive, professional, and work EXTREMELY hard to meet resident demands. They consistently go far above and beyond their job descriptions. Kitchen faucet has no sprayer—seems minor, but makes cleaning dishes/sink frustrating. No bedroom lights or ceiling fans. You must purchase and pay for installation yourself. You're left hoping neighbors install safe, UL-rated fixtures—otherwise ⚠️ FIRE HAZARD⚠️ No blinds in the main living area. Sunlight heats the unit and drives up summer energy bills. Utilities: In addition to HIGH rent expect another $300-800 of add ons and utilities. Mandatory $50/mo for internet, $100-150/mo for parking, $35 for gas (cooktop only), plus high water & electric bills based on usage 💸💸💸 Exterior is covered in graffiti. While Extra Space Storage removes tags from their building, The Indie does not. A city trash can outside is rarely emptied, creating a smelly, unsafe area where residents walk pets.

I recently toured with Jason, and he was absolutely wonderful. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive. He took the time to walk me through every detail of the community and answered all of my questions with patience and care. Jason made the experience comfortable, easy, and enjoyable. His positive energy and genuine passion for helping others really stood out. I left feeling informed, valued, and excited about the property. Highly recommend touring with Jason!

Since I’ve now been here for a year and there have been management changes I felt like it was time to update my review. Still five stars. I love living here. The staff are phenomenal, they are always doing their best when at times faced with issues outside of their control, like constraints from their bosses or timing issues like parts availability. Liz, the manager, consistently greets me and my dog with a smile and has always been available to listen to any concern I have or help I need. Andre, the chief of all things maintenance, quickly takes care of anything I’ve ever put in as a request, like the lightbulbs needing changing, I have had no major issues.
