Bad customer service. The lady in the office seems nice but I think she needs more training to do her job.. Very disappointed

The apartment manager is not a good person There are many things I have to say about him, and they aren't good

EDIT 5/18/23 The manager just sent us a notice that stated she had lost our own renewal offer and was offering us a worse rate. (We renewed because we like the location and like the price of the unit) My partner went to the office and she said it was a BATCH EMAIL even though the offer had our names and unit on it. Also, in reading the other reviews listed here, I noticed two separate 5 star reviews from someone with the same name as our property manager with no written review which seems suspicious to me. I would still look elsewhere. We have had so many problems with management it’s crazy. Old management was AMAZING! And this new group is a mess. Not enough parking for just the residence alone, washers and dryers are constantly broken for the last 3 years I've lived here there is one (1) functional washer and dryer. The rest look like they will work but then leave your clothes covered in soap from lack agitation and proper drainage. Property management now you off until you get volatile with them and then only do half the job requested. Apartment repairs are left incomplete everytime. They don't show up on days they scheduled with you to come. They also made us wait to resign our lease 3 while months so they could increase our rent by 14% when the new laws went into effect instead of the 10%. It would have been. Don't live here

Worse place ever, regret staying here. I lived here over 3 years now and the new management is the worst. Two bikes got stolen from my door and no one did anything. Two $350 sunglasses were stolen from my car that was parked infront of my apartment and no one did a thing! Don’t get me started on maintenance requests that takes weeks, if resolved. They charge you for “valet trash” and no one picks up the trash. DON’T think twice about this place
