The Hunt Apartments

Office people great! Maintenance horrible! Won’t fix things just “ Repairs “ things. Been here less than a 13 month lease. Have had more than 15-18 work orders. That’s roughly 2 a month. Mostly because the AC absolutely SUCKS and they won’t do anything but refill the Freon. Think they’d get the hint to replace whatever is leaking or causing the issue…. Nope.

The Hunt apartments are fantastic! I have lived here for a decent amount of time, and the management is so nice, and the maintenance staff is fantastic! I can't imagine living in any other apartment complex, and I very highly recommend living here. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings May 2024 update: we had lived at The Hunt for a total of just barely under 3 years, and my wife and I loved it! The grounds aren't completely perfect, grass is receding here and there, but by and large it is a beautiful apartment complex, the trees are all big and pretty, the mailbox area is well lit and doesn't feel sketchy to stop by at night, and most of the walking areas are also well lit. Lived here 2 years in 2 different apartments. First one had cockroaches, which I hadn't experienced before, so I assume they were already there; they do hire pest control though. The outside storage closet lock was broken when I moved in, but maintenance fixed it. The courtyard areas felt private, but got really muddy when it rained due to lack of grass and delivery drivers might not know they exist because I had one ask me where an apartment was; I had my packages delivered to other doorsteps sometimes and completely lost. However, the office hired a lawn care crew and companies to trim the trees and fix the concrete, so there's some pride in the grounds. I just wanted to say that Kristi is an awesome person! She's like part of the family now! She does her job and becomes your friend. I was going to move in there but different circumstances arose to where I could not and she helped me with that. So if you want to move there I would advise it because the apartments are awesome the things around there are awesome but most of all management is awesome

The apartments themselves are fine, albeit a little small, but dang they are strict and unforgiving in this place. After many months of being good tenants we made ONE late payment due to complications with our accounts and their website and now we are no longer EVER allowed to use their online recurring payment feature, even if we renew our lease. We had the money, they knew our account was trying to send it to them but for whatever reason was having an issue, but that didn’t matter to them. I get that there are some bad tenants and you have to take precautions, but I’ve lived in many many apartments in my life that deal with the same thing, aren’t this strict, and don’t punish their tenants this fast when things in life get complicated on ONE occasion.
