Bonnie showed a house with "obvious " termite damage and claimed it was from a dog scratching th wood. Then Dawn showed us a place to rent (that she owns) and a week before moving day she decided to sell "instead" . I'm still kicking myself for trusting instead of getting everything on paper!

Before considering using Norma Drayton go to the State of Nevada Board of Realtors. She has numerous infractions including fraud and deceit. She was found guilty by the Board and ordered to pay fines. I called her regarding one of her listings and her actions, included misquoting the price lacked ethics and honesty. Her case number is public record.
