Elevate at 4400

We have lived in Elevate 4400 since April of 2025. We really love the place. Josie is the best Manager. She is so helpful and really is on top of everything, Her staff is so helpful and accommodating and their response time is exceptional. The neighbors are very friendly and the property is lovely. We are very happy here.

I am truly disheartened by my experience at Elevate. From the very beginning, it became painfully obvious that this establishment prioritized superficial, quick fixes rather than genuinely addressing the underlying issues that plagued the property. They would apply temporary solutions that did little more than mask the problems, which inevitably resurfaced shortly thereafter. To make matters even worse, I was told we HAD to have a random pest control day, where we had to clear out the entire house. Cabinets, closets, move furniture, and also remove pets and MYSELF from the home for 6 hours - all with less than 24 hr notice. And if NOT we were to be charged for pest control services that I never requested. (There was no issue, and they said it was only for our building) Despite clearly acco

Worst apartments ever !!! I was there for 10 months and they went to fix my stove just the burner top and they went into my rooms both of my rooms looking for something into my rooms when they only had permission to be in the kitchen cuz that was why they where call to fix I single burner top !!!! I paid to much money and they charge for everything all bills double trash !!! And they have rats and on holy days not all places close and they close the office never send u a notice that day I paid my rent it was close next day a got a bill of. Almost 300 just for one day late fee dirt apartments ever seriously!!!!! And I know all of these that they check my rooms with out permission cuz I have cameras inside ?,!!!!!!!😣😡

Parking here is terrible. I moved in a month ago, and with 1 car I have a 5 minute walk to my apartment when I get home. My rent us over $2k/month and with that I get to walk 250 yards across the complex while my neighbors have (apparently) 5 cars per unit. My washer tries to catch fire if you use hot water. Half my outlets don't work. In spite of all of this having to park a 5 minute walk away because I do not have at least one assigned spot angers me the most.

How are you guys asking tenants to refer people to live in your apartments and won’t fix the laundry machines that’s robbery and suck a sad statement that you don’t care to your faculties and residents
