My realtor had recommended this inspector to me. Realtors would probably love him because he never finds any of the horrible problems that would stop the sale the realtors want to cash in on. He arrived on time and gave me the report extremely quickly. However, the inspection was completely lacking and not thorough. He had told me that he was only going to look for half of the time other inspectors do. And he refused to explain anything to me as he was inspecting. Tony is a great home inspector. He has a high level of attention to detail and is quick to get the inspection report out after the inspection. His reports are easy to read and hit all the important aspects of the home inspection along with plenty of photos. He is also quick with communication and scheduling.
