Aria - Cultural District Lofts

I've been here at the Aria for a year now and it has been amazing. The building itself has tremendous character, the residents are all good neighbors and Kristin the property manager is absolutely fantastic! Maintenance issues are resolved quickly, housekeeping is impeccable and Kristin handles any and all issues quickly and professionally. As residents, we are alerted to any event or potential disruption and we always look forward to the next social gathering. I'm truly lucky that I found this place during my search. Looking forward to another awesome year!

The two and a half years my wife and I had spent at the Aria were nothing short of amazing. Besides the pretty brick walls and wood beams, the best part was the sense of community, which is not easy to find in larger apartment complexes in the city. We felt safe and welcomed there, and any requests were met with prompt communication from the property manager. We sincerely recommend Aria to anyone who values the sense of community and belonging:)

Aria is the best! I’ve lived here for 2 years and have enjoyed the community and the location so much! Virginia, the “new” property manager, is amazing and truly cares about the building and the residents. I’ve hardly ever had any issues but when I have, they were addressed immediately. The location puts you right in the heart of the Cultural District with an easy walk to the Strip or North Shore. This isn’t goodbye, I’ll be back!

A little slice of heaven in Pittsburgh's theatre district downtown. I moved here during the throws of covid and Aria, its residents, and manager, Kristin, were the brightest lights amidst the darkest days. Seriously, everyone here is full of magic, and the building has the same glowing energy. If I didn't fall in love and have to move in with my s.o, I would have stayed here forever and ever and ever. I cried when I turned in my keys and watched the movers drive away. I visit constantly and pine for the day I can keep a little unit here "just for fun". Living here changed my life for the better, and I miss it's brick walls, wood floors, and giant windows every day I wake up in suburbia. There is so much history, character, and personality about this building. The apartments are airy and spacious. My plants exploded in the sunlight. Everyone is wonderfully engaging and welcoming. You can explore all that downtown has to offer and then relax and the rooftop. Very charming.
