I absolutely love this community! The luxury finishes and thoughtful design make everyday feel elevated and the amenities- from the rooftop lounge to the heated pool- are top notch. You can’t beat the location. Most importantly, the staff here are friendly, professional, and truly go the extra mile to make everyone feel welcome. Highly recommend!

The Holston is absolutely gorgeous. It’s the prettiest hidden gem in Raleigh. Minutes from downtown, luxurious interiors, and pristine apartments are what you get when you tour The Holston. Not to mention the staff are so kind and really do their best for their current and future residents. If you’re looking for a sweet place to live, this would be it!

I recently moved into The Holston and couldn’t be happier. Tiani and Trey made the whole process incredibly smooth. They were kind, patient, and genuinely helpful from my first tour to move-in day. The location is perfect, right next to Dorothea Dix Park and the State Farmers Market, and I love being so close to everything without feeling crowded. I’m also really excited that Drift Coffee is coming soon! The building is beautiful, the amenities are pristine, and it already feels like home. Highly recommend.

The Holston has been the best choice for us! We can stroll through Dix Park several times a day as soon as we walk out the door! We also are in walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and fun events! The staff at the building is impeccable and friendly and always there when you need them. The security of the building and onsite adds a nice feeling of comfort! The beauty and luxury of the building are unsurpassed and the amenities are amazing and 5 star!!!

I moved into this building and honestly couldn’t be happier. From my very first visit to signing the lease and finally moving in, everything went so smoothly. Huge shoutout to Tiani, who was amazing throughout the entire process…super attentive, kind, and just a pleasure to work with. I also met Trey later on, and he’s been just as awesome and helpful. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful, the views are incredible and really showcase the beauty of Raleigh. The building and amenities are gorgeous, and the rooftop is unreal. And I’ve got to mention Monica at the front door, she’s always so sweet and cheerful every time I come in. It really makes such a difference after a long day. Overall, I’m just genuinely so happy to be here!
