The Hive

On site property management has really gone downhill after being there almost 3 years. Really hard to get in contact with anyone during "business hours" and emails are replied to days later. Other than that, the building is decent. We had some recurring pest control issues but nothing too crazy. The neighborhood was not too bad either BUT my roommates car did get stolen and my car did get broken into around Christmas time in 2024 - that can happen anywhere though but just know, the parking garage is not "safe" (homeless people are often seen in the trash dumpsters, and the garage gate breaks down every other week) and do not leave anything overnight in your car and make sure you have good insurance and a ring camera on your door because as stated, there is NO onsite management to help you

The hive is a great location to reside at. The apartment complex has so many amenities. Pet friendly with a dog park, all appliances included and a gym. Love having my own washer and dryer inside my unit.
