These apartments look so nice from what I saw on the photos. I didn’t get a chance to look at them because management requires a 650+ credit score when applying even for Section 8. Section 8 participants are usually in the program because credit isn’t that great. This basically excludes section 8 from renting in a really slick way. It’s not too blatant of a discrimination but it is discriminatory in nature to require people who are already using a subsidy for low income and credit, to have satisfactory credit. Also when I mentioned canceling my tour, the person on the phone was quick and dismissive, basically passively rude. Too bad I guess Edited to respond- California Law (SB 267): Landlords are prohibited from using credit history as the only factor in applicant screening for voucher

Love these apartments, they do everything they can to help their residents, special Thank you to Melissa your the best landlord I can ask for. She’s polite, quick , and stay on top of things

Just moved in so far so good. Thought it maybe rowdy,but everyone speaks which is nice 🤔 for a change.
