They had a beautiful piece of property and both the design and layout of these buildings prove they (Architect Co & property owner) have no actual idea of "Best Use Practices" in any way. Major wasted one time opportunity and that itself is very sad.
Recently misplaced the A/C filter but Joe helped me and got me a replacement one.
Should have better signs to show numbers of units.
