The Hills Apartments

I lived here for almost 3 years. There have been a few managers since I moved in, and every single one of them have been kind, prompt, and helpful. During my recent move out process, Andrea was so, SO sweet and helpful. You could tell she really listened and had my back through it all. She is great! The maintenance here is awesome. They are quick, kind, and I always trusted them to come into my apartment, even when I wasn’t home. The fixes were always prompt and well done. This place is a good place for a starter apartment. It doesn’t have a whole lot of bells and whistles, but the ones it does have are well maintained and easy to use. It isn’t the most updated, but it is functional and never failed to feel homey. i have been here since march 27 and i am very happy with the apartments. Laura is very friendly and helpful in the office. Laura made it a very easy process to get the paperwork and everything completed to move in. i really appreciate it. i work at Lexus and this was a Lexus experience in my eyes.i would recommend these apartment to someone that is looking for a place to live. Danny keeps the property very well maintained. Danny shows a high concern for the care and maintenance of the property. The hot water sensor was going off at 1:30am about a month ago. i called and i received a call within five minutes. The maintenance person on call showed up quickly considering he lived in fountain. the battery needed to be replaced. I want to thank you all for a great job. The next day Dan

We have had such an pleasant experience with The hills apartments. The manager Stephanie is amazing and was so great to work with. We really enjoy living at The Hills.

I would not rent here ever again. After being a co-signer on my son's lease in June 2023 and what my son has experienced in the past months regarding tenants harrasing & terriorizing my son, along with other tenants and doing nothing but providing lip service. My husband and I moved in about two months ago due to being stationed at Fort Carson, and what I really like about this place is I was able to get approved from our home across the country. Showed up 4 days later, signed the lease, and moved in! It was amazing for the time crunch we had moving. Our place had all new appliances, cabinets, flooring, and carpets, as the previous manager John told me they were renovating as they could. It is relatively quiet, especially at night, and you're fine if you just keep to yourself. We rarely hear any neighbors. The place can be kinda dirty with dog feces and cigarettes outside, but its not too bad as they've worked to fix it. Overall pleased with this place, worth the money, since there are cheaper places in the springs to live.
