The Highlands Apartments

I just renewed another year with the Highlands due to how satisfy I am with the service I have received from Toni and Regina and the maintenance team as well. I’m happy living at the Highlands and I hope Toni and Regina stay for the long run they are amazing.

Thugs, Gang members, this complex is blood territory. Female drug dealers and BED BUG CITY!!!. Your car will be vandalized and your apartment will be broken into. Do not bring any valuables into this complex they watch you unload your belongings as well as offer to move you in only to steal from you. Management knows about the drug activity as well as the drug dealers because they rent to them. It is not safe at all. Loud music, cars speeding through complex that will run you and your family over. This company has had several ownerships in a year and cannot keep a manager because everyone they get they steal money. The new owner he does not care either. Maintenance does patchwork and these apartments are not worth $710/month you are better off going to low income housing. The wors

These apartments are infested with roaches you will see 10 crawling on the wall at the same time and the roaches are lined up on the ceiling. I lived there for 4 months and it was a horror movie. I gave that one star only for the nice people that live there.

I just want to say that the Highlands has excellent customer service and Toni and Regina are always friendly. I will recommend the Highlands 100%
