The Heritage at Wyoming

I have had some issues with my apartment when I very first moved in. Unfortunately the property manager at the time did not care about my issues or concerns! I was on the verge of moving out! Terrance was hired in as the new property manager and my experience with him was like night and day! He not only listened to my concerns but he also put in a plan of action to get my issues resolved!!! He totally restored my faith in this place! Had it not been for him I would be living somewhere else!!! Thank you Terrance for caring about the people that live here at The Heritage.

LaShawn responded so promptly to my maintenance request. He was professional and polite and double checked his work twice before he left. Mark Davis was equally professional and polite, he checked back in later the same day to make sure the repair was successful and that I did not need further assistance.

The maintenance crew was great! They were nice and professional and fixed the issue that we had. They always respond quickly and will help fix any issue we have! Great place to live!

Don’t do it! This place is a scam. $2k for rent and we have roaches, pot holes and NO POOL. Our buzzer doesn’t work to let people in, mailboxes don’t close. There is NO MANAGEMENT, no one to talk too! They give people Starbucks gift cards for good reviews 🙄 ****edit**** SCHOOL STARTED TODAY! WE STILL HAVE NO POOL WITH NO COMMUNICATION, READ THE OWNERS COMMENT. LIES ‼️

I have had nothing but strong, kind, competent service from your team at Heritage Apartments in Wyoming, Ohio. Bianka and Terrence have gone out of their way to accommodate me in every way possible. I look forward not only to living there, but to actually be in the very same building as my new friends in the office. I am deeply grateful for all they’re doing for me. Thank you, Venture and team!
