I’ve had the pleasure of staying at this apartment community as a guest, and I’ve been genuinely impressed with the entire experience. Even with how harsh the weather has been, the property has been consistently maintained, which really shows the level of care and attention the management provides. What stood out most to me was how friendly and professional the staff have been. Michelle Rowlet has been a wonderful person who has made me feel very welcome. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind, helpful, and attentive, which really contributes to the positive atmosphere of the community. Have lived here since 2021, first two years in building 251 and these last going on three in building 200. Yes, apartment living does suck sometimes. I’m leaving five stars because every maintenance request I’ve had and every complaint I’ve submitted, they’ve resolved it as much as possible every time and usually very quickly. I think what’s worked for me is to simply never ever be nasty towards them. For example, I live on the top floor and we had an ice storm a few weeks ago. I walked in on my bedroom roof actively leaking and 3 maintenance guys were inside my apartment in less than 30 minutes helping me move my furniture out to the living room. Location and amenities are good. Maintenance and requests are terrible; I was treated rudely by the maintenance workers anytime I needed anything. Mold issues are regularly painted over instead of actually treated. The first floor apartments are terribly insulated and your electric bills will be absurd. The elevators are regularly out of service. There are benefits to living here but I wouldn't recommend it to most. Yes, I'm writing this because they are overinflating "damages" upon my move out but this is still an honest review. After two years and two different apartments, I have to say it's a pretty place but gets ugly fast. The management is the problem. One of the ladies came from overseeing low-income housing and carries with her this absolute disgust for people she perceives as being below her. Awful woman anywhere—strange and awful at a “luxury” apartment complex. If they cleaned house with management it would be worth living in. Until then: stay away.

My sister has lived here for over a year and I always look forward to visiting her! Such a beautiful property in Lexington with a beautiful pool and great shops within walking distance. I hope i land here in the future!!
