Listen to the reviews. I was very close to signing the lease before I seen the viral video on TikTok of a woman stating there are rats and rodents in her apartment. She barely stayed in the unit because of the rats. Disgusting! I believe that tracks because when I went to tour the building and I noticed that a few residents had trash bags on the outside of their door. Marks on the wall etc.Most of the apartments were vacant. Which is why they had the 2 months free special. They need to do a major clean up !

Femi & Mohamed were fantastic at helping me with my application process as the previous persons who helped were temporary. Now having permanent staff in place . Things went alot smoother. I definitely recommend giving them a try if you love that location as it's near everything.

I’m giving it a one star for the location but this was probably the worst property I've seen in DC, and I've toured over 15 buildings over the last month and a half. The leasing agent was pleasant, but there is no way to get into the building. The number for the office on the dial box was disconnected. My phone died so I had to wait until a delivery person came to let me in. The lobby and many of the floors smelled like weed and cigarette smoke. The sofa in the lobby was moldy and severely stained. The floors were not clean and and there was trash littered, notably a unused diaper and candy wrapper. There was a bag of trash sitting on the floor next to the trash can. The walls were dirty and stained. Even with the horrible first impression, I still wanted to give the units a chance. Each u

My AC/Heat has been going in and out since living here. Since the recent snow storm the heat in my unit has gone out twice and is still out right now in the middle of winter. I put in an emergency request twice and didn't get a response. When I finally got my heat fixed it went out the very next day (it's still out). Someone came out and looked at it and told me they still couldn't fix it and let me remind you again it's the middle of winter. If I didn't have space heaters my kids and I would freeze. My unit had these issues prior to moving in and it's currently almost 1 year later and I'm still dealing with the same issues.

I set up a tour to view a one bedroom, or a studio, this place doesn't have an office and doesn't have a working phone that people answer. I had to stand outside in the cold when I arrived and waited twenty minutes and no one showed up.
