The Henderson - Dallas

I've been living here for about 8 months. The community manager is always helpful and responsive. The maintenance technician Rico is thorough and clearly dedicated to his work.

ROACHES!!! My unit was infested with roaches first week I moved in. I brushed it off thinking maybe it’s because I live on the first floor. Just to find at 7pm every night 10 of them would pop out of the walls and kitchen. Pest control? Pest control did bare minimum I had to go to Home Depot to buy my own supplies. Despite me having these issues management was a nightmare specifically Kristy. Who read all my emails, knew I was sleeping in my vehicle (roaches were in closet, bed and room) and pushed a response out till the 1st of August so I would be forced to pay 1 months rent. The roaches aren’t even the worst part. When I moved in the apartment was filthy. The kitchen wasn’t cleaned, the bathroom had pee stains, the bathroom tub was broken, the laundry room was filled with dust mites and

Four months in, and this apartment complex has exceeded expectations. The maintenance staff, Hugo and Rico, have serviced all requests within 24 hours and do a great job. Additionally, Ella, the leasing agent, takes the time to get to know the residents and so the complex feels like a small community. I've had no issues with safety or the garage. I'll update this review as my stay continues...

Just moved in and I love it here! The location is amazing, amenities are nice, and the employees are great and easy to work with. Big shout out to Hugo on the maintenance team for helping me out with some boxes!

I am a current resident at the Henderson in Dallas and it has been nothing but the best experience. The GM Kristy provides the best experience when touring the complex, moving in and anything you need after, she is there for you! I have a dog and the dog community is fantastic. The dog park is perfect for dogs who like to play and the residents are just as great. The pool and gym are clean and super nice! I would absolutely recommend living at the Henderson for your next apartment!
