The Helix

I recently visited a friend at The Helix and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service we received from Ro on the maintenance team. He arrived promptly and was professional from start to finish—He is efficient and on top of things. Ro took the time to explain the issue in detail and made sure the repair was done right the first time. He was considerate of our space, worked quickly, and left the area spotless when he was done. Ro truly stands out as someone who genuinely cares about the residents. Thanks, Ro, for all your hard work and dedication—you’re definitely appreciated!

Unlivable conditions throughout the whole term of our lease. First it was no AC, then it’s been German cockroaches and NOT A SINGLE PERSON HAS COME OUT TO TREAT THEM. To the point we have lost furniture, clothing and multiple items/property has been damaged. Then, tonight, our toilet flooded, which was awful in itself, but it started to flood our downstairs. I’m absolutely done with how poorly our apartment unit is.

I had an amazing experience at **The Helix Apartments**! From the moment I toured the community, I could tell this was a place I would be happy to call home. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and the amenities are fantastic — especially the pools, dog park, and the convenient location close to shopping and restaurants. What truly made the experience exceptional was **Loni**. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire leasing process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I have a few friends that live here in 4 separate apartments and this place is really shaping up. Maintenance used to be horrible here. Ro was the technician and we love that he lives on property. Very knowledgeable and he genuinely cares about the work he does and all the residents love him. He does excellent work and stayed until the job was complete. He was the only one that took the time to explain and answer my questions. Helix should make him employee of the year and a special bonus because we all were going to move out but now that Ro fixed our bathroom and kitchen we all decided to stay. I will be requesting him by name for all our maintenance issues. Thank you maintenance man Ro!

I have lived here for two years. Understand property owners were different and maintenance would never complete work orders. They would just check it was done. Even if you showed them proof with timestamp pictures. Now we have new property owners, who are doing cosmetic details to the complex. We still have the same management team and maintenance. Worker orders are still being checked off as completed but it is not fixed. Management team still doesn’t communicate.
