DO NOT MOVE HERE This building is a nightmare! The management team is corrupt and could not care less about maintaining the building in a safe or habitable state. When I moved in, everything appeared in working order but things turned sour quickly as one thing after another broke or was damaged, which exposed how poorly the place was built, and this has been compounded by how negligently they have maintained the building. If you move here, you can expect to have the air conditioning break at the hottest times of the summer and not get fixed for over a week with temperature in the 90s. The only elevator in the building breaks ALL THE TIME and they make no effort to fix it in a timely fashion. The elevator has currently been broken for a month with no information as to when it will be fixed.

had to get maintenance done with my food disposal that stopped working. christian is the guy that was sent in he came while i was home this is his second time coming into my apartment to fix something and as usual great guy and funny to talk to. he gets it done quickly and even taught me something new about the garbage disposal and how you can even clean them with out putting your hands down in it. great guy. hope he comes and fixes more of my stuff in the future.

Nearly everything has digressed over the past 3 years; staff communication/management, facility maintenance, tenant accountability, amenities, etc. At one point, it was the "luxury" apartment of choice for downtown. I would not recommend.

Overall a good place to live. Pros 1. Rent is a flat bill that includes EVERYTHING. Water, electricity, internet, etc. Your rent amount does not change month to month based on usage 2. Convenient location to everything downtown. We always went out for First Fridays, Parades, Car Shows, the bike races, Hockey games, etc, because everything was within 2 blocks of us 3. There's a lot of great places to eat and enjoy nearby. I really liked going next door to Breadcraft for coffee and pastries, Jack Browns for burgers, Old Salem for beer, etc Cons 1. Parking situation is either street parking or down the block at the parking deck. It's a monthly $40 per car in the deck, and their parking authority give out tickets like crazy if you go overtime on the street 2. The apartment expensive for what

Good location. Good management. Good maintenance. Good amenities. Some of the units have windows that are super high up and you can't reach / can only see some sky. Some units have a great view. Like everywhere else downtown parking can be rough. I recommend one of those foldable cart things.
