Edit: Nessa the apartment is fantastic! She works to ensure all tenants’ units are up to their expectations. After sharing my story about the sewage flood, Nessa offered a free professional grade deep clean of my apartment! After living at the Heights Townhomes for six months I have come to realize that these apartments are not being taken care of the way they should be for their age. The maintenance crew is AWESOME they try to fix whatever they can, but it’s hard for them to keep up when every unit is practically flooding and needs a new AC or needs a toilet. If you yourself are not a handy person, or work a lot to be available for maintenance to frequently enter your home. This would not be a good place to rent. Briana has been on her game since taking over The Heights. It takes time to get everything & their problems under control. She's great & I thank her and the team! Edit: 2.5 Thought things were changing for the better but I was so wrong. New office management is very rude! Talks over you & condescendingly. Communication is lack from higher ups. Was told one thing when they first brought the apartments from the last company & now it's time to do repairs I'm getting a different story. I see why people are moving out. If you have other options, don't chose this place. It's not worth the headache.

Nessa is doing her thing since she took over. The new maintenance team is responsive and get things done. The dedication of the new team to better our community has been inspiring fr 🔥

I have enjoyed my time here at the heights and Nessa is the first manager I have ever seen to clean up trash. David and Jerjuan are always helpful with my work orders and Tsara is a gem.

Becky Clardy she make sure the job is done she is also a kind hearted person… the maintenance manager also a kind person and he does his work very well. Everything is fixed now in my apartment thank you.
