The Heights at Yarrow

Beautiful views and beautiful inside the apartments, but there are constant issues at this complex. The hours posted for the leasing office are not accurate. It is constantly closed for a few hours during the day or someone isn’t in the office at all. I’d say email or phone calls may work but I never hear back unless it’s one of the several texts the leasing manager sends out, like an HOA would. Neighbors here can be rather inconsiderate playing loud music after hours, slamming doors at all hours and neighbors regularly doing laundry at night after 10pm. No staff lives onsite so regularly there are issues and noise complaints after the leasing office closes, with no solutions. Thursdays are regularly an all day maintenance day and they start early, however quiet times an are supposed to be

Amy has been a wonderful apartment manager. She has been very helpful and patient with me during the touring process. She allowed me to tour multiple units and even waited for my arrival despite running late to my tour appointment! Amy is very professional and her work ethic shows that she cares about future tenants!

Amy Watts, the property manager, was friendly and professional. She showed me ALL the apartments that were on my list at The Heights at Yarrow. She was wonderful and made me feel like I was at home already. I appreciated the time she spent with me in order to go over all the details in finding me a new home there.

I don't regularly write reviews, but in the case of The Heights @ Yarrow, I feel I need to make an exception. Just a few items that potential renters should know: 1. If you don't mind renter's moving in at midnight on a weekday; 2. If you don't mind renter's performing their own personal concerts from the 3rd floor balcony (music complimentary); 3. If you don't mind calling (and texting) the leasing office and leaving messages without any response... 4. If you don't mind a property without a leasing agent on premises; THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!

Beautiful views and a safe calm place. When I visit my son no matter the hour (he works nights so dinner time is usually after midnight) we don't get sideways looks like some other places. And w/two v my kids working night and 1 working evenings it seams our family are Night ppl. They all live different places. Naturally we always are mindful that most ppl are day ppl, I don't like sideways look cuz v the color v our skin. Oh I don't see racism either.
