Cascade Ridge Apartments

Daniel went above and beyond with getting situated in our apartment and did a wonderful job answering all questions. We would recommend the apartments as they have a 24-hour laundry machine and designated smoking areas, and are pet-friendly.

My family and I moved in here almost 2 years ago this is the only truly pet friendly complex we could find we have both cats and dogs. This is quiet calm and friendly place to live. There is a play ground for the kiddos, with picnic tables and common area BBQs. The Management is 100% professional, very very kind, and always super helpful!! We are very blessed to be here!!

Went to visit family here and wow I can tell the difference in how these apartments are ran! My family is very happy and greatful for the new management that is here. I enjoy coming to visit now as it feels safer and cleaner.

Poorly managed. Chased 50% of tenants away with prison type rules when new management took over in May. Garbage littered throughout parking area. Talk to the current tenants before submitting application. Pet waste station overflowing and stinks. Dumpster area is disgusting. Office seems to be always empty. Save yourself a headache and don't rent here

Don't live here the owners suck they don't care about anything but the money u give them they don't care to see you happy in your apartment or care to really evaluate a situation they just "fined" u daily u can't have lawn Dec. or bbq or even a chair of its not white. Out side not to mention parking sucks. I'd be ware of this complex unless owners wake up and learn that the people are living here not them. Serious, eff this entire unit
