Amenities are awesome (hotel design) and the staff is super friendly :) great access to 183-Toll Road Queen over here! Highly recommend coming by for a tour!

Cannot recommend!!! Mold infestation from extremely poor workmanship, substandard/damaged materials, raw sewage backups, weather damage and more that has caused damage to frame, drywall and the growth of toxic mold. Backups of raw sewage in bath tubs+toilets happen regularly. Weather damage and leaks have caused separation of door jams, buckling of floors, separation of floor boards from baseboards and a myriad of other issues. They installed damaged flooring throughout the units and used the better flooring for hallways to hide the terrible product used in the apartment. Also, paint is peeling where water damage from rain was not repaired during construction. Additionally, I have electrical problems that have not been fixed despite reporting the issues. As the year ends let us remember the good things that we were blessed in 2025. One of them is to have Leslie Bowser and Kathy Addison as the managing team at the front office. These ladies deserves a great deal of appreciation for their sincere efforts to run the property in the best possible manner. Many times both of them have gone out of their way to handle the issues related to the property and the residents. I hope some one at the regional office is reading these reviews. Thank you Leslie and Kathy for all your hard work.

This is 1 of the most beautiful 55+ complexes in Austin, there was a 6 month delay before apartment was ready for move in so I hung out with family in San Antonio until I was contacted building was ready,. Manny and Rose was the most perfectly management /staff you can work with. My unit had a problem with plumbing backing up, I contacted the Manager Manny in the middle of the night and by morning ABC plumbing was knocking at my door , what a blessing to have staff that cares and goes beyond and above to meet beat any issues occur . kudos too Manny and Rose for true dedication to the elder service

Manny and Rose ,the manager and assistant go above and beyond to make every current and potential residents welcome . I just moved in after an extended wait ..and at 1am ,Manny was still in the office working on paperwork for the next day and was still full of energy today for new clients.
